Primary type information: Type-material: syntype workers (number not stated, “many”), 6 syntype queens, 1 syntype (?) male. Type-locality: Cuba: Cienguegos, Soledad, Limones Seboruco, 22.iii.1933 (N.A. Weber). Type-depositories: LACM, MCZC, USNM. Type notes: The male was not collected with the workers and queens but on a different day (30.viii.1933), from “sweepings nearby”. It is perhaps best not to regard it as type-material.
