Primary type information: Type-material: 1 syntype major worker, 17 syntype minor workers. Type-locality: South Sudan (“Anglo-Egyptian Sudan”): Khor Aba forest, Nile-Congo watershed, S Yei, 11.viii.1939, no. 1475 (N.A. Weber). Type-depositories: AMNH, MCZC (perhaps also in USNM).
