Primary type information: Primary type material: holotype male. Primary type locality: Senegal: Casamance, 1900 (A. Chevalier). Primary type depository: NHMB (perhaps also MNHN). Primary type specimen: CASENT0911429. Type notes: Original description implies a single specimen in “Muséum de Paris”, but Baroni Urbani, 1977e: 67, cites 1 male syntype in NHMB.
