Primary type localities: Papua New Guinea: Friedrich-Wilhelmshafen (= Madang), and Berlinhafen (= Aitepe) (L. Biró). Primary type depository: MSNG (lectotype). Primary type specimen: CASENT0904697 Type notes: 1) Emery records syntypes from two localities, Wang includes both localities in his lectotype data. 2) Other original syntypes probably in HNHM.
