Primary type depositories: NHMW. Primary type specimen: CASENT0916028 Type notes: No indication of number of specimens is given. The original description implies that only a single specimen was present (= holotype); therefore the designation of a lectotype by Pacheco & Mackay, 2013: 251, may be redundant.
