Primary type information: Primary type material: holotype worker. Primary type locality: Vietnam: Dong Nai Prov., S. Cat Tien Nat. Park, ca 160 m., colony no. Eg04-VN-748, 21.x.2004, forest behind the park’s headquarters (K. Eguchi). Primary type depository: VNMN. Secondary type information: Secondary type material: 28 paratype workers. Secondary type locality: same as for holotype. Secondary type depositories: BMNH, CASC, KEPC, MCZC, MLBC, VNMN.
