Primary type information: Type-material: holotype worker. Type-locality: India: Himachal Pradesh, Sirmaur Dist., Lwasa, 1200 m., 30.7394°N, 77.1528°E, 13.x.2008, hand picking (A.A. Wachkoo). Type-depository: PUAC. Secondary type information: Paratype-material: 9 paratype workers, 1 paratype ergatoid queen. Paratype-locality: same as for holotype. Paratype-depositories: BMNH, CASC, PUAC.
