Closed issue: Clear db script - History items starting with lower case letters

Database script: Error: Could not find database script with class name 'HistoryItemsStartingWithLowerCaseLetters'
I have fixed the obvious cases where the only issue was the capitalization of the first word. Many of the remaining items start abruptly and may need to be moved somewhere, or merged with another item. Like:
b (w.q.m.) PANAMA- probably reference pages and forms that should be moved to the protonymreferred to Myrmica deplanata by Radchenko & Elmes, 2010: 663- probably an incorrectly broken up item that should be merged with another item
