Primary type information: Primary type material: 2 syntype males. Primary type locality: Democratic Republic of the Congo (“Congo belge”): Malela, xii.1913, and i.1914 (L. Burgeon). Primary type depositories: MRAC, NHMB. Primary type specimens: CASENT0281201, CASENT0903959. Type notes: Baroni Urbani, 1977e: 71, cites 1 male syntype (without wings) in NHMB.
