Primary type information: Type-material: 3 syntype workers, 1 syntype queen. Type-locality: Cameroon: Victoria (F. Silvestri). Type-depository: NHMB. Type notes: Only one syntype worker is present in NHMB (Baroni Urbani, 1973b: 126); presumably the other syntypes are in DEUN.
