Primary type information: Primary type material: holotype worker. Primary type locality: Taiwan: Nantou Hsien, Wushe, 14.vii.1982 (M. Terayama). Primary type depository: KUEC. Secondary type information: Secondary type material: 145 paratype workers, 1 paratype queen. Secondary type locality: same as for holotype. Secondary type depositories: KUEC, NIAS, NSMT.
