Primary type information: Type-material: syntype workers (number not stated). Type-locality: South Sudan (“Anglo-Egyptian Sudan”): Imatong Mts, Equatoria, 24.vii.-5.viii.1939, 6100-6200 ft, nos 1387, and 1390 (N.A. Weber). Type-depository: MCZC. Type notes: These data from syntypes; Weber’s published description also includes no. 1313, and says specimens were taken on 25.vii., and 1.viii., 6100-6800 ft.
